For steel piers, if any adjustments are required during the life of the home due to settling, Basin Foundation Repair will adjust all piered areas at no cost to the homeowner. Our concrete piers are covered by the same lifetime warranty with zero adjustment charges for the first 10 years. After 10 years, there is a nominal adjustment charge.

For Pier & Beam homes, all external piers will be covered by our lifetime warranty. We offer a three year warranty on reshim for pier & beam homes.
